1. Carrot Salad

raw material

• 2 apples
• 3 cups shredded carrots

3. Carrot Smoothie

• 1 cup shredded or chopped carrots
• ½ cup banana slices
• ½ cup plain yogurt
• ½ cup milk
• ½ cup chopped pineapple
• 1 tablespoon of toasted walnuts
• Cinnamon powder ¼ teaspoon

• Blend yogurt, milk, pineapple, walnuts, cinnamon and nutmeg in a blender with carrots, bananas and other ingredients. until it becomes smooth to make a smoothie

4. Carrot Rice

• 1/4 of carrot juice

• ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
• 3 tablespoons parsley or coriander

• Put broth, carrot juice and two cups of water in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
• In another pan, melt the butter and add the onions.
• Fry onions and season with salt and pepper to taste.
• Cook four minutes after adding rice.
• Stir half a cup of broth until absorbed.
• Add the broth mixture one cup at a time until the rice is thoroughly cooked.
• Mix 1 teaspoon of butter with grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.

5. Carrot Dosa

raw material

• Dosa
• grated carrots
• 1 small piece of minced ginger
• Minced curry leaves
• Finely chopped coriander
• Half onion (finely chopped)
• Salt to taste.

• Stir-fry carrots, curry leaves, ginger, coriander and onions in the batter.
• If necessary, season with salt.
• Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan.
• Spread one ladle of flour into a flat circle in the pan.
• Cook until the edges of the pan turn golden brown.
